Eligibility for Returns

  • Approved Returns: We only accept returns that have been pre-approved by Edlynn Store. To be eligible for an approved return, the following conditions must be met:

    • You must request a return within 30 days of the date of purchase.

    • The electric wheelchair must be in its original, unopened box, and unused condition.

    • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

  • Unapproved Returns: Unapproved returns, whether initiated before or after 30 days from the purchase date, will be automatically rejected and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

 

Approval Process

To gain approval for a return, follow these steps:

  • You must provide clear video and picture evidence demonstrating that the product was either defective or damaged under normal use or upon delivery.

 

Return Procedure

  • Once your return request is approved, our Customer Support team will provide you with detailed instructions, including a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address for returning the item.

 

Inspection and Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned electric wheelchair, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If the returned item passes inspection, you may be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • If the returned item fails inspection, a fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may be deducted from the refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective electric wheelchair, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will work to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

 

Warranty Claims

  • If you experience issues with your electric wheelchair covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please consult the warranty information included with your product. Our Customer Support team can assist in facilitating warranty claims.
