Warranty Policy for Electric Wheelchairs

At Edlynn Store, we are committed to providing you with high-quality electric wheelchairs that are designed to enhance your mobility and independence. We stand behind the durability and reliability of our products, and we offer the following manufacturer's warranty coverage to ensure your satisfaction under normal usage conditions:

1. Frame Warranty - 2 Year

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive warranty covering the frame of your electric wheelchair for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty assures you that the frame is free from defects in material and workmanship, and it will be replaced at no cost to you if any manufacturing defects are identified.

2. Parts Warranty - 1 Year

In addition to the frame warranty, we also provide a one-year warranty for the motors and controller components of your electric wheelchair. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of parts, excluding the battery. If any parts are found to be defective during the first year of use, we will replace them at no charge.

3. Battery Warranty - 6 Months

Batteries are essential components of electric wheelchairs, and we are committed to ensuring the functionality of the battery during your initial use. Your wheelchair's battery is covered by a warranty for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that the battery will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If any issues arise within this time frame, we will replace the battery at no cost to you.
