We stand behind the durability and reliability of our products, and that's why we offer the following manufacturer's warranty coverage to ensure your satisfaction under normal usage conditions:

Frame Warranty - 2 Year

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive warranty covering the frame of your power wheelchair for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty assures you that the frame is free from defects in material and workmanship, and it will be replaced at no cost to you if any manufacturing defects are identified.

Parts Warranty - 1 Year

In addition to the frame warranty, we also provide a one (1) year warranty for the motors and controller components of your power wheelchair. If these parts are found to be defective during the first year of use, we will replace them at no charge.

Battery Warranty - 6 Months

Batteries are essential components of power wheelchairs, and we are committed to ensuring the functionality of the battery during your initial use. Your wheelchair's battery is covered by a warranty for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. If any issues arise within this time frame, we will replace the battery at no charge.
